We build our binders a little differently because safety matters. The straps are set wider on the shoulders to help reduce the upper back and neck strain that can come with binding. It sits comfortably on the ribs with a double layer of Lycra instead of stiff, pinchy elastic, giving you supportive compression without discomfort. 

The lycra is quick-drying, sustainably made, and designed to feel secure without restricting your breathing, whether you’re swimming, moving, or working out.

Even though “bra” is in the name, this piece is still made with our signature powermesh, meaning it offers noticeably more compression than a typical sports bra or compression top. It’s also fully reversible front to back, with two different neckline depths, so you can switch it around and choose how low you want the scoop to sit in the front.

And yes, you can absolutely take it to the beach or pool. This binder works beautifully as a swim binder, especially when paired with any of our gender-affirming swim bottoms (available during summer months!)

HOW TO MEASURE

Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, with arms relaxed down at sides and without a bra. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor. Keep the tape comfortably snug but not tight, which will include measuring the space between the chest tissue. Do not squeeze the chest tissue flat.

Ribs/Underbust: Around your ribcage where a bra band sits. Measure on the exhale.  Make sure to measure under the breast tissue

Waist: Measure around natural waistline, which appears as a crease when bending to one side.

High Hip: Measure just over the hip bones, where the waistband of a low rise bottom would sit

Low Hip: Lift one leg to see the bend where the hip and leg meet. The low hip measurement is taken by measuring around the bum at this level. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

Please do so within eight weeks of us contacting you.  Otherwise, your order will be donated to those in need.
