I wanted to bring you a new update now that we have settled into a new pattern here. Every day we learn new things, but we feel solid in our decisions to keep everyone working from home, and we are all doing the best we can to stay up to date with your orders.
YES, we are still open, and shipping worldwide.
For new orders, wait times are around 4-6 weeks. Hopefully, we can reduce that! Right now we have only three of our five employees able to make things from home, so the process has slowed down considerably.
Orders up until #2900 will be shipping next Monday
We realize that for some orders, we advertised a wait time of 2-4 weeks (pre-COVID) and yet it's shipping closer to 5 or 6 weeks from when you ordered it. For this, we're really, really sorry. It took us a while to organize with who had the machines necessary to work from home. With a bit of trial and error, we found a way to stay open, but we did lose valuable time while we sorted some things out. It's been emotionally taxing time for all of us, and I think it's fair to say that no one is working at the capacity that they were a month ago.
We're answering emails once or twice a week, so please be patient when waiting on a response!
We are experiencing some delays going to the USA and abroad. Please, if you can, select a tracked shipping method so that we can help you keep up with your order once it's in transit! If you don't, we have no way to see where it is, and we can't replace those untracked packages that get lost or delayed. It's usually just a few bucks extra to ensure your peace of mind.
We're sorry again for the delays that we are experiencing right now, and ask for your patience going forward. We're trying to be kind with ourselves and accept our current capacity, as well, and extending a bit of extra generosity and kindness to everyone around us.
OH! And keep an eye out for new LIMITED EDITION fabrics (including velvet!), rolling out with all of the mesh and lace pieces :)
